Thus, there will be no refunds/returns/exchanges for ordering incorrect sizes and colors for both standard and custom products. Before placing an order make sure you have opted for right color and size.
If you have ordered two products at the same time then no refunds/ returns/exchanges will be issued. This way we try to stop a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale.
Customer support of Leatherorbit.com will contact you within 24 hours of placing an order for the final order confirmation before processing. The changes in order will done within 24 hours only. If within this time no order change call will be done from your side, it will consider as a final order. After 24 hours no changes will be expected.
4. Few rules of order changes are cited below. It is must to abide by them for order cancellation.
If we receive order cancellation request within three days of placing an order, then direct 25% will be deducted from your ordered item amount.
If we receive order cancellation request within seven days of placing an order, then direct 75% will be deducted from your ordered item amount.
After a week's time we will not accept any request for order cancellation.

If still order reaches you in damaged form, then Leatherorbit.com reship order again without charging extra. Contact us within 24 hours after receiving the order about damage. Also mention RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Without this number Leatherorbit.com will not accept any returns.
Leatherorbit.com will carry out refunds in case if delivery takes more than expected date. This time period will be considered after we receive payment getaway and customer confirmation. If order does not reaches you within 15 working days and you have opted for express shipment method for shipment, then you may ask us for order tracking code. If we cannot prove that the order was dispatched on time from our side then we will refund entire money back including the shipment charges.
